EGProgression ACADEMY & PATHWAY
Our Coaching Team are here to support you on your journey to become a more complete padel player and really get the best out of the sport. The Progression Academy is a six-week course of one-hour sessions which are designed to help you move through the development pathway in Padel. They are focused on fun first but with the right level of intensity to help you understand how to get the most out of your time on court. Whether you want to play recreationally or develop into a player who can compete in tournaments and club matches, the Progression Academy is the perfect place to find the coaching you need.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
All of our coaching team offer private lessons on a 1:1 basis. Private coaching is invaluable to hone your individual technique. To book a session you can visit the Private Coaching section in the EGP App where you can see availability by selecting either your preferred coach, or the day that you would like to attend. Prices vary according to the coach and all equipment is included. Coaching must be booked at least 24 hours in advance if using the app and cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. GROUP COACHING
Coached matchplay sessions are a great way to level up your padel. As a team sport, the way you interact with your partner on court and how you play as a pair is crucial. Group coaching sessions in either 1:2, 1:3 or 1:4 format allow you to work on the parts of your game that will really make a difference around court positioning, strategy & tactics and how to close out points, games, sets and matches. All these sessions can be booked via the EGP App with any of the coaching team - you just need to provide the players.
MASTERCLASSES
EGP Masterclasses are available for all of the major elements that make up the technical side of the sport. We offer group sessions for The Glass, The Serve, Bandeja, Bajada, Vibora and net play. Locking in all these different elements and understanding when and how to choose to play various shots is a key part of progressing at Padel.
